Food is one of the bulwarks of our hotel and we have always put the utmost care and passion into the food we serve, something we do by choosing the best ingredients and by listing great choices on the menu, both of which bring together traditional Tuscan tastes and a careful, detail-oriented service.
Our chef and his team will prepare for you delicious hors d'oeuvre, entrées and main courses made with quality fish, meat and vegetables, and last but not least, delicious desserts, home-made by our very own confectioner.
- Your taste-filled day begins with a Buffet Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea or in our charming dining room. Every morning our Pastry chef prepares wholesome cakes, tarts and plum cakes; we also offer a selection of savoury dishes, lots of fresh and preserved fruits, fruit salads, juices, yogurt, sweet rolls and an assortment of cereals.
- At lunchtime, on the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, you can choose whether to eat from the buffet (June through September) or à la carte with table service. For a small, light lunch, the buffet has a fixed price and provides a well-thought-out selection of cold and warm dishes for all preferences. The à la carte menu offers a large selection of dishes, for a richer, more sophisticated meal.
- Every evening, dinnertime is the most appetizing time of the day. You can choose from three different menus: seafood, land food and an alternative menu that caters to the most healthful and natural needs. The conclusion of the meal is a veritable joy: there is so much to choose from, from the dessert du jour to the Carrello delle Dolci Delizie (sweet specialities' cart), both home-made by our confectioner.
- Our service is our pride and every guest is served with attention and cordiality, as they are accompanied in a culinary journey of great quality that meets their every need, with special menus for vegetarians, vegans or for those with particular food allergies.
For the children, a solicitous cook prepares special dishes from our Baby Menu, looking to satisfy all requests, including those of the most demanding parents.
Particular care is also given to our wine selection, so that each dish - whether meat or fish - and our delicious desserts are served with the perfect wine.
Our "Wine List" includes wines from the North to the South of Italy, starting from the best local cellars on the Island of Elba, dedicated to quality and to presenting the best of the territory, followed by the famous Tuscan cellars (with the great wines from Bolgheri, Chianti, Montalcino and San Gimignano, without leaving out the extraordinary wines of the Maremma) and on to include some of the best proposals from the greatest wine producing regions of Italy.
Every Friday evening there is a Gran Grigliata (Great Grilling Event), an irresistible buffet consisting of grilled fish, meat and vegetables, followed by refined desserts.
One evening per week is dedicated to live musical entertainment, with excellent local musicians who create a magical atmosphere on the terrace overlooking the sea and accompanying dinner with an agreeable musical background, followed by after-dinner dance music to wrap up the evening. Our bartender will be waiting for you to have you savor a good wine or delicious long drinks and cocktails.
